Sunamura No Onryō translates to The Ghost of Sunamura. Sunamura was a neighborhood in Tokyo during the Edo period, famous for it's pumpkin patches. Onryō means vengeful spirit. Why a pumpkin would need revenge is beyond me... But perhaps it's enlisting this cat in it's plans. Maybe a farmer or a vandal burned the crops one year and the pumpkin spirits are angry?
